What awaits you?

E-commerce (Shopify and Amazon, among others)

  • Data and text maintenance; product creation as well as simple image editing
  • Order processing in online trade national and international
  • Packing and shipping of goods; returns management; shipping coordination.
  • Customer support (B2B and B2C, national and international) via mail and social media
  • Assist in the coordination of social media
    (including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok).
  • Support in key account management (e.g. agencies)
  • Participation in events (e.g. trade fairs) by mutual agreement (optional)

What should you bring with you?

  • You have a very good command of German and English (written and spoken), ideally also in Turkish.
  • You are very well versed in the use of all common office programs (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
    Ideally, you also have basic knowledge of image editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop
  • You already have experience with the processing of online (sales) purchases or can acquire the necessary knowledge independently
  • You have touches on social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
  • You love dealing with customers and think in a service-oriented way.
  • A well-groomed appearance and strong communication skills are a matter of course for you
