Apply the product to your skin (2 mg/ cm2) 30 minutes before you go out in the sun and repeat every 2-3 hours depending on the duration of your stay in the sun. To ensure the continuity of sun protection, repeat the application process, especially after sweating, in and out of water and dry with a towel.
